Nowadays, there are probably more real estate agencies in existence than ever before. As a new agent, trying to find the perfect fit can be daunting and confusing. Two years ago, after taking getting my license, I joined with RE/MAX Dreams. There was never a question, and there has never been a regret. Why?

4. Leadership – At the helm of Dreams is Susan Giacchi. A broker who leads by example, Sue is available for questions, one-to-one meetings, and to assist agents with any questions or concerns. Sue is also her team’s biggest supporter and cheerleader, reminding her agents that they can do anything they set their minds to, and ensuring that they get a level of support not found in any other agency.
